Joe is an accomplished professional with over 15+ years of sales and negotiation experience, dealing with large scale multi million dollar corporate deals, along with having years of experience within the Property technology and Legal technology industries.
His professional experiences is based around Property, Property Technology and Law. His experience at Archistar (Property Tech) and Lawpath (Legal Tech) helped to accelerate his journey in the corporate and the technology world. Making significant differences for customers, employees and the organisation, Joe was on the receiving end of rapid career progression and becoming the Head of Sales for Lawpath. He went on to gain numerous qualifications in the property space, like a Cert IV in Property Investing, completing the Buyers Agent Institute and becoming a qualified Real Estate Agent and Buyers agent for QLD, NSW, SA, WA, ACT and VIC.
Joe’s experiences in property and legal technology has given him a unique insight into the data of the real estate industry, which is invaluable in location and asset selection from an investment perspective.

Jordan is our resident Qualified Property Investment Advisor, he has been surrounded by property his entire life, building his property portfolio from a young age and exited the corporate ladder by 28.
Today he continually works with some of the most renowned property experts in Australia to build out strategies and review portfolios and now has an enormous passion for helping others on their journey.
From 2011-13 he studied a Bachelor of Housing, Economics, worked as a Residential Construction Data Scientist between, which he then became a Qualified Property Investment Advisor in 2020.
Since then he’s done over 1500+ property portfolio strategies, his passion is educating clients on the powers of residential property and has built Australia’s largest online property portfolio mapping software called Gameplans, which allows our clients to build out their scaleable property portfolios.
The beauty of the tech platform is that as you grow and as your scenarios change, you just update the changes in the software and you’re able to see the affect life choices have on your investment portfolio.

Having worked as a senior conveyancing paralegal for over 10 years, Kate has a deep understanding of the legal intricacies of property transactions. She knows the ins and outs of property deals like the back of her hand, having dealt with thousands of transactions.
At just 30, Kate has already built an impressive $2 million property portfolio, showcasing her expertise and success in the industry. In her downtime, she enjoys travelling with her family, having visited over 18 countries in the last 10 years.
As your go-to expert for navigating the property purchasing process, Kate will guide you every step of the way up until settlement. Once we have the property under contract, she will collaborate with your team of brokers, solicitors, property managers, pest inspectors, builders, and others to ensure a smooth transaction. Meet Kelly, our renovation expert! Kelly’s journey in property investing began at the impressive age of 19 when she bought her first home in 2006. Since then, she has been buying properties for herself and friends, demonstrating her early passion and knack for real estate.
In 2016, Kelly took her property expertise to the professional level, focusing on buying, renovating, and selling properties. Over the past seven years, Kelly has completed 22 renovations and nine joint ventures, achieving profits as high as $200,000 in projects ranging from four weeks to six months. Her expertise spans cosmetic and structural renovations, as well as subdivisions and some developments.
Before joining our team, Kelly was a renovation coach for one of the top renovators in Australia, helping clients find, negotiate, and secure profitable deals. In her spare time, she continues to renovate, always on the lookout for unreal deals.
We are lucky to have her helping our clients find and secure the perfect properties. She is driven to help clients get better results than they can achieve on their own.
