Recommend the best agent (not agency) for your requirements. We know the best agents and the worst agents,  we have been buying from them on behalf of our clients. We know which agents you should only buy from.

3. Agent's Proposal Deep Dive

We check the agent’s fees, negotiate where needed. Deep Dive into their advertising recommendations to save you unnecessary expenses. Should you sell by auction or private sale? How much should you spend on advertising without wasting your money? We’ll tell you!

4. Monitor Agents Performance

We keep tabs on the selling agent’s performance throughout the entire campaign and process, so you don’t have to. 

5. Offers and recommendations

Consider any offers made and give our recommendations to you. Agents play on the emotional wear of vendors through a campaign, we are the barrier in between. We’ll help negotiate on your behalf, to ensure the offers presented are the best.

6. Follow Through to Settlement

We are there with you on the whole journey of selling your property, we ensure that its smooth and simple, while also maximising the value.

What is the cost for Property Principles to be your vendors advocate?

We charge the Selling Agent a percentage fee based on the sale price of your property which comes out of their commission when the sale is made. This means that you get our service at no extra charge, but that it is in all our interests that you get the best possible price.

Our vendor advocates do a lot of the work before the selling agent is enlisted, so they’re handing over a fully prepared sale that’s good to go, we then work with the sales agent to ensure the best campaign is selected.

We also take care of some of the paperwork and all of the communication with you, so it’s cheaper and easier for the sales agent.
