“Buy a House and Land Package or Off The Plan Apartment”
“You should negatively gear to save on tax”
Anytime he explored one of those ideas, he would find a dozen more. (Cashflow positive only! Buy in mining towns! Get rich quick!)
It was like playing a game of “whack-a-mole”. All these ideas would pop up and he didn’t know what to focus on.
