One thing I want to mention is that we’re quite flat out at the minute, we are experiencing high demand for appointment requests. 

We’re not one of these Buyers Agency’s that have 1,000 leads in and 1,000 crappy properties out, we do the hard work finding investment grade properties for our clients and sometimes we focus too much on the existing clients that we do on bringing in new ones.
